Events we could not confirm yet
These were reported to us or seemed likely, but no official page confirmed a date. They are not listed above.
- VERTICON 2027 Industry Career Fair. verticon.org/career-events-resources/ describes the career fair but still uses VERTICON 2026 wording and gives no 2027 date, time or registration link.
- VERTICON 2027 Mil2Civ Workshop. Same page: no 2027 date or session time published; wording refers to 2026.
- VERTICON 2027 HeliSuccess Career Development Seminars. Career page says a brochure is coming; no dates published.
- VAI Career Center events (careers.verticalavi.org). careers.verticalavi.org returned an access-denied (403) response to automated reads. verticalavi.org/events/ lists no career-center events.
- FAA Safety (FAASTeam) helicopter seminars and WINGS events. The faasafety.gov event list is built per state; the site began returning access-denied after repeated reads, and individual event pages need a login. No helicopter-focused event was confirmed. Check faasafety.gov/spans/events/EventList.aspx and search 'helicopter'.
- Quad-A (Army Aviation Association of America) annual forum. Web search returned no relevant results and the official site was not read; no dates confirmed.
- Whirly-Girls Annual Gala at VERTICON 2027. whirlygirls.org event page read did not show a 2027 gala date; only a social-media snippet mentions it.
- Women in Aviation Jobs Connect. Link seen, but no event date was confirmed on a page read.
- Air Medical Transport Conference 2026. Date appears only on the VAI events calendar; the organizer's own site was not read.
- VAI Aerial Work Safety Conference 2026. Confirmed on VAI's events list but it is a safety conference, not aimed at job seekers or students, so it was left out of events.
- Operator or school hiring days and job fairs announced on Facebook. Search found only job-board style posts, private groups, and a past 2025 fixed-wing school fair. No qualifying public helicopter operator or school event with a future date was found.
- Regional helicopter association meetings and military-transition job fairs for aviators. No specific dated event was found and confirmed on an official page.
