This page is for recruiters, chief pilots, operators and school staff. It explains what this site can and cannot do for an employer.

An independent site

This site is independent. Its editorial content is not for sale. Payment cannot buy a better rating, a higher position, a changed figure or a favorable sentence, because the site does not rank employers or schools. It publishes sourced facts and tells readers where each one came from. The rules are set out in the editorial standards(/editorial-standards/).

Employers can do three separate things here. Each has its own form. They are not linked, and one does not affect the others.

Submit or correct a pay scale or minimums

Use this form if the site shows a pay scale, pilot minimum or requirement for your organization that is missing, out of date or wrong. You can also submit a new one.

Please include a link to the page where your organization publishes the information. The site shows pay and minimums as the employer states them, with the source and date. See the current pay scales and who is hiring.

List a job fair or hiring event

Use this form to add a job fair, open house or hiring event to the events calendar.

Please include the event name, date, place and the official page for it. Listing an event is a free editorial service for readers. It does not imply an endorsement.

Ask about sponsored listings

Use this form to ask how sponsored listings work. Asking creates no obligation.

Terms that apply to every sponsored item:

Sponsored items are always labeled as sponsored.
They are kept separate from editorial content.
They never influence rankings or editorial. The site does not rank employers or schools.
A sponsor cannot review or approve editorial text before it is published.

How submissions are verified

Submissions are not published as received. Before a figure, minimum or event is added or changed, the site checks it against the employer's own published pages. If the information cannot be found on an official page, it is not published as fact, and the sender may be asked for a link. Corrections are logged on the updates page.

Submissions are reviewed by hand. Sending one does not guarantee a change.

Hiring data for employers

The site also asks readers short survey questions, including their journey stage and target sector. Aggregate results will be published once there are enough responses to be meaningful. Until then, nothing is published. No individual data is shared with employers or anyone else. Contact details you send through these forms are used only to follow up on your submission.
